About KiwiGrapher

Modern statistics graphing, made for New Zealand classrooms

KiwiGrapher exists for a simple reason: every student learning statistics in Aotearoa should have a fast, modern graphing tool, without a price tag, a login, or their data leaving the room.

Why we built it

Statistics is one of the most practical things students learn, and graphing is where the ideas come to life. But good graphing tools have often meant licences, logins and per-student costs that add up fast for a school.

KiwiGrapher takes a different approach. It runs entirely in the browser, so it's quick to load, keeps data on the student's own device, and costs nothing to use. We focused on the graphs and inference tools that NCEA statistics actually needs, and on an interface that's clean enough to use in front of a class.

The result is a tool that feels modern, respects student privacy, and is free for everyone, at school and at home.

What we value

The principles behind KiwiGrapher

Free for education

Cost should never be the reason a student can't graph their data.

Privacy first

Data belongs to the student. It's processed in the browser and never uploaded.

Made for NCEA

NZ-made and shaped around the New Zealand statistics curriculum.

Modern & fast

A clean, responsive interface that works on the devices students already have.
